Known as the “Climate Change Route,” this tour highlights the visible retreat of the glacier and its environmental impacts. It includes visits to the Puya Raimondii, carbonated springs, and unique high-Andean scenery. Lake 69 – Challenging Trek Lake 69 is one of the most famous and beautiful destinations in the Cordillera Blanca. This demanding trek includes a 3-hour ascent through valleys, waterfalls, and snow-capped peaks. At 4,604 m, the lake’s deep blue color and dramatic setting make the effort truly worthwhile.
