Fully closed footwear, running or light hiking shoes that can get wet are required for this activity
Bathing Suit, towel, water ad snacks
Warm Hiking Clothes (avoid cotton whenever possible)
bring a rain jacket or hard-shell if possible(even if there's no rain in the forecast)
Please note that water shoes and Keen-style hiking sandals are NOT suitable and will NOT be accepted
