Half Day Vespa Countryside Tour and Tastings in Istria

Do you want to experience the authentic, local Istria, with its cuisine and countryside? Then you should join us on a vespa adventure. We will guide you along scenic paths through vineyards and ancient olive groves, with views of the salt flats on the way. Our focus is on exploring hidden corners of the landscape and indulging in genuine local cuisine. Our tour starts in small town of Piran with a short drive through the city to get to the countryside. Stops are frequent, so we can enjoy the view and take as many photos as you would like. A local oil farmer waits for us along the way, where we will get a degustation of extra virgin olive oil. Later on we provide a light lunch where you can take a short walk through an Istrian village. On our way back we will take a road along the coastline with views of the ocean and seaside cities as well as surrounding countries. we finish off with a glass of local wine back at the office while sharing impressions of the tour.

• We can accommodate dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc. If you have dietary requirements please indicate it to the special requirements at the time of booking.
• The reservation includes one Vespa for two people, with one guest as the driver and the other as the passenger. You will be accompanied by tour guides on a separate Vespa.
• To drive a Vespa, you need a valid driver's license and must be an adult, 18 years old or over. The reservation includes a 50cc Vespa, but more powerful models (125cc Vespa) are also available upon request; please indicate your preference in the reservation comments, and we will check availability.
• A deposit is required before the tour: €150 for the 50cc Vespa and €200 for the 125cc Vespa. This deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the tour if the Vespa and equipment are returned undamaged.
• The tour takes around 4-5 hours. The first 30 minutes will be dedicated to safety instructions and rules as well as getting ti know each other and your motorbikes. The ride itself takes approximately 1,5 - 2 hours with frequent stops to take in the scenery. Along the way there is a half an hour stop at the oil farmer and an hour stop for lunch as well.
