Estancia San Lorenzo has a team of professional Park Rangers who are responsible for the conservation of the natural and cultural site. Out visitors can interact with them to learn about the latest news on the penguin rookery. For over 40 years we have encouraged the research on penguins, working with both national and foreign scientists. Back on the farm, our guests can visit the interpretation center and the traditional farm premises, and taste an exquisite lamb BBQ. We also offer other menu options, including a vegetarian menu.
