• One Room Selection If you are a party of more than four guests or desire to have separate rooms, please provide a separate booking.
• Age and Safety: Customers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women may join if under 24 weeks by the trip's end.
• Tickets and Charges: City Passes and personal attraction tickets are not accepted. Attraction prices may change, and tickets are non-refundable.
• East Gate: Scheduled to open on 05/02/2025. Before this date, attractions like Upper and Lower Falls, Artist Point, Hayden Canyon, Mud Volcano, Fishing Bridge, and West Thumb Geyser will remain inaccessible. South Gate: Scheduled to open on 05/10/2025. West Thumb Geyser will not be accessible from 05/02/2025 to 05/09/2025. Thank you for your understanding during these seasonal openings.
• Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.
• Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may change due to unforeseen factors like weather. Fees will not be refunded for changes.
• Hotels offer various room types, including King/Queen beds or two double twin beds, with a maximum occupancy of 2-4 people per room. Guests must present at least one valid credit or debit card at check-in, which will be refunded within 7-14 working days after check-out if there are no charges. Tour operator ensure room availability but cannot guarantee specific room types or locations. Check-in time typically begins after 15:00.
• Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
• Booking Details: Ensure all booking details (name, contact, flight info) are accurate. Errors will result in personal costs.
• Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
