• Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries

• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• Minimum age to participate is 8 years old.
• One participant per horse.
• Maximum weight for this activity is 240 lbs for the horses' well-being.
• Riders under 18 years old must be accompanied by someone 18 years old or older.
• Wear comfortable attire for riding the Horse (Long pants, T-shirt). Closed toe shoes are required.
• Bring sunglasses, sunscreen and a fanny pack.
• No refunds or re-schedule applies for late cancellations, no shows, being late or not complying with the requirements ( age, max weight, etc).
• Pick up time will be notified the day before the activity IF HOTEL (within Zone /List) was provided at least 72 hours in advanced. Otherwise guests can meet us at the Hacienda. No transfer credit applies.
• If guests miss the transportation, they can meet us directly at the hacienda (if time permits)
• Guests staying outside of San Juan metropolitan area Pick Up Zone/List (districts of Isla Verde, Condado, Miramar & Old San Juan) must make arrangements to meet the group. Guests must be on time for check-in.
• Participants must adhere to a casual dress code for outdoor activities, which prohibits bathing suits, cover-ups, or see through/ transparent clothing.
• Identification needed and must match the name of the participant
• We do not accept amendments less than 24 hours before the activity
• Not recommended for travelers with motion sickness problems.
