• Please be informed that access to the SkyPark Observation now requires guests to utilize the outer side of Hotel Towers 1, 2, and 3. The new route entails exiting B at Bayfront MRT, taking the left escalator to ground level 1, and walking along the hotel exterior from tower 1 to tower 3. In cause of rain, guests should exit C to Mall B2M, proceed to HUGO BOSS, and then take the right escalator to Tower 3 for access to the Observation Deck.
• Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
• Check the official attraction website for operational timings on the day of your visit to avoid inconvenience.
• Please do not carry outside Food and Beverages.
• If a guest fails to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.
• The management is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the visit.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Tickets are valid for Date and time selected. Valid identity proof required.
• E-Tickets will be forwarded via Email by one day before the tour date. No need to print, you can show from smart phone itself.
• Please be informed that In case of Rain and closure of Observation Deck no refund will be granted. You can reschedule tour from the Counter or from team available on duty.
• Customer does not need any life style membership or card to get in the attraction. We will send E Tickets with unique barcodes to check in
• Sands SkyPark Observation Deck is subject to inclement weather. If rain or lightning is present, then the SkyPark Observation Deck may be closed. No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made in cases of inclement weather. We strongly recommend the customer to wait till opening of the observation deck again and check in with the same tickets.
