Brutal Tbilisi: Urban exploration and untold stories

This isn't your typical tour of charming balconies and tourist sites. Instead, immerse yourself in the real, unvarnished Tbilisi, where the locals live and work. This tour takes you off the beaten track and into the raw and authentic heart of the city. We'll take you through crowded, sometimes dimly lit neighbourhoods that buzz with life, where remnants of Tbilisi's Soviet past still stand tall in brutalist architecture. These unspoilt areas reveal the true stories of the city's history - its tragedies, its struggles and its resilience. If you're looking for a Stalin-focused tour, this is not for you. We tell the real stories of the people and their challenges. This tour is not for everyone - it's for those who seek the truth and are prepared to face the difficult realities of Tbilisi's past and present. Our tour won the National Tourism Award of Georgia, and part of the profits go to support IDPs. Group tours run a few times a week and places are limited. Please book in advance.
