• From Paris, take the train to Versailles and purchase a Metro-Train-RER ticket. Plan your route in advance; the journey takes about 1 hour.
• During peak season, the palace may be crowded, and short waits at the group entrance are possible due to safety controls.
• The palace gardens are free from November to March, with no tickets required. No fountain shows operate during this period.
• The gardens close at 5:30 PM from October 26–31 and from November to March.
