Half Day Private Tour in Vientiane: City Highlights

This is the perfect itinerary if you are looking to see the most important highlights Vientiane City has to offer in half a day! Be ready for a busy morning! After a meet and greet with your local guide and driver we begin the day with a visit to Patouxay (the door of victory in Lao PDR). Followed by a visit to That Luang Stupa, the symbol of Laos. Vat Sisaket, a unique temple built in Siamese style and Hor Prakeo, the original temple of the Emmerald Buddha. You continue the day with a visit to the an iconic market called Talat Sao! The market is open daily from 07:00 until around 16:00. The market is two-storey and covered by several sloping roofs. Depending on the time of day and the weather conditions the market can be nearly empty or full to capacity. We have plenty of time to explore the market and when we're finished with this last stop, our guide and driver will take you back to the hotel.
