• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• We recommend you take with you:
• Bottle of water*
• Aqua Shoes*/Runners/Trainers/Footwear you don’t mind getting wet (Aqua Shoes available in our Booking Office)
• Arrive wearing shorts* or bathing suit* so transition into a wetsuit is easy (Please avoid cotton under wetsuit)
• Towel* for afterwards
• Extra snack if required e.g. bar, nuts, etc.
• Sunglasses* and spec savers*
