Take an exclusive behind the scenes wine production tour before enjoying a Signature Lunch Experience at a light filled restaurant overlooking the surrounding hills. After lunch visit a boutique gin distillery for tastings of gin infused with Australian native botanicals, as well a s tasing of hand made limoncello. The final cellar door tasting pairs their wine with locally made cheese and chocolate. Before returning to Sydney we look for wild kangaroos that live among the vines and bushland.
