Learn to make pasta from the chefs of our farm table Gourmet restaurant. Learn the secrets of traditional cuisine passed down from our parents and grandparents using ingredients from our farm and nearby farms. Total fun learning to make dishes that you can recreate at home. Have an amazing activity in one of the most historical & picturesque properties. Our farm-to-table restaurant ensures that all our dishes are made with locally sourced and seasonally fresh ingredients. Our Chef will guide you in creating typical Tuscan recipes, including handmade pasta, cantucci biscuits and more. The lesson includes lunch of the preparations made at the table with drinks sold separately, and a nice souvenir to remember this unique experience! *Not including wine, but, wine is available for sale during the class and for lunch.
