Tasting of 6 Bordeaux wines and pairing charcuterie & cheese

Immerse yourself in the world of Bordeaux wines and discover the fundamentals of professional tasting while exploring the richness of Bordeaux vineyards. The tasting includes a carefully chosen selection, with the possibility to adapt the choice according to individual preferences. You will taste a varied range of mystery wines, two dry white wines representing the left and right banks, three red wines illustrating different styles and blends, as well as a sweet wine to conclude the experience. Throughout the session, you will also discover the principles of food and wine pairing. Cécilia and her team, certified professionals and trained at the University of Wine, will share their expertise and passion for wine and gastronomy, making this moment as informative as it is enjoyable. To extend your learning, you will be given a personal tasting booklet.
