• The minimum age to join as a passenger is 8 years old. Children aged 8-14 years may participate as passengers only and must ride with an adult driver.
• Drivers must be at least 15 years old and able to control their own ATV safely.
• Drivers have to be in good physical and mental ability to ensure safety. Drivers must be at least 15 years old.
• During the tour, strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the authority to stop any risky riding or unpleasant mannerisms with no refund.
• On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
