If you fail to provide this information at least 48 hours prior to your trip, or if you refuse to share the required details, you will need to cancel your reservation. Otherwise, the local tour operator may apply the tour’s cancellation and refund policies, as your booking cannot be completed due to missing required information.
• Booking Option of 'from-to Cappadocia Airports' : This option includes pick-up & drop-off services for airports of Cappadocia.The local tour operator may request the details of your flight code, airlines company name, landing time. PAY ATTENTION : The landing time has to be before 08.30am for you can catch the departure of this semi-private guided tour. If your plane will be landing after 08:30am, you can miss some parts of the tour. In such a case, you are not entitled to a partial or full refund. Also, if your flight from Cappadocia is not today, you may use your drop-off transfer within the following two days.
