Ocean Safari in La Ventana, Baja California Sur, Mexico

On our Ocean Safari, we sail through La Ventana, Cerralvo Island and its surroundings with an open heart to whatever the sea wants to show us: mobulas (flying blankets), dolphins, whales, orcas, sea lions, turtles. Every day is a surprise. We also visit a beach to eat together if action allows. We seek authentic and respectful encounters. We follow strict protocols: safe distance, limited times per boat, engines off when touching. Swimming with whales or sperm whales is not permitted by law. For us, the wellbeing of marine life is as important as your experience. ANIMAL ENCOUNTERS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. But from May to June there is a great opportunity to see bulls, whales in transit, dolphins and orcas. From July to December, warm waters and ideal for enjoying reefs, looking for dolphins and some other surprises. In winter, the main great gift is whale watching near the coast or island.
