• The tour may be operated by a multilingual skipper
• This tour is subject to favorable weather or sea conditions. If canceled, due to any bad sea conditions that compromise the safety of the tour, you will be given the option of an alternative date or a full refund
• All the Kayaks are doubles
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items on board
• Take comfortable clothes/swimwear, towel, backpack, water and all your belongings stay inside of the boat safe and dry
• Glass objects are not allowed
• No refunds or rescheduling will be granted within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time
• Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival
• Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour starts for check-in
• If you have made separate bookings but wish to be allocated to the same boat, please kindly inform our staff upon check-in, otherwise we cannot guarantee that you will be placed together on the same boat.
