Together with your local guide, you’ll not only catch the fish, you’ll also prepare and cook a complete meal from the catch over an open fire. The guide leads the process, sharing techniques for cleaning, preparing, and cooking the fish, turning the experience into a hands-on outdoor meal, not just a tasting.
