Noel is delighted to share his secrets of Southern French cooking with guests at his home in Vence, that offers beautiful views of the mountains. Your hands-on cooking experience will last about 1.5 hours. After cooking, enjoy the meal you helped prepare with Noel and his lovely wife Amandine, when she is home.
