Prepare pizza dough, stretch it, add tomato sauce, mozzarella and toppings, then bake your own handmade pizza with chef guidance. During the class, learn how Italian pizza differs from Sicilian sfincione and discover the ingredients, texture and traditions behind authentic Italian gelato.
