What better way to learn about Portuguese culture and the vibrant gastronomic history of the city of Porto than Canto Cooking's Chef Led Market tour of the emblematic Bolhao market ? After refueling on a fresh nata and barista coffe, its down to business in the kitchen where the chef will demonstrate the dishes and then its your turn ! Vegetarians and Vegans are welcome - whilst the majority of Tapiscos culture is meat and fish based, we will cover at least one or two plant based dishes too. Finally - enjoy lunch together in our Orangerie eating the fruits of your labours with a glass of Douro Valley wine from our guest vineyard whilst chatting about your experiences.
