Kawah Ijen: Hike at night to see the blue flames and sulfur miners, then admire the turquoise crater lake at sunrise. Flexible Bali pickup and drop-off: Seminyak, Mengwi, Ubud, Pemuteran or Munduk. Free jacket, gloves and hat for both hikes.
