Coasteering and Speedboat, Arrábida Setúbal, Sesimbra near Lisbon

WIND gives you the opportunity to practice coasteering, as well as other sports/adventure disciplines, having access to specific experiences and courses, depending on your intention and need. The training and integration are carried out by experienced and highly qualified technicians. Coasteering Coasteering consists of the progression along of a coastline where immersion in water is a part of the activity. Participants will have to cross rocky and aquatic areas using a variety of techniques including climbing (no technical level and low difficulty), swimming and water jumping. A rope may also be used for safety purposes, e.g. lifelines. Some Coasteering route may also include more technical activities such as rappelling, via ferrata and tyrolean traverse/slides.
