• Shared tour. This experience will be shared with other guests
• Between November and March, due to fewer flight connections and lower tourist demand, tour schedules may be subject to change. During this period, visits are usually grouped into 2–3 days per week to ensure the minimum number of participants.
• Note for the tour in Italian: depending on availability, the tour may be shared with an international group. In this case, English will be the main language used during the tour, as it is the common language spoken by most participants
• Whenever possible, the guide will be happy to briefly clarify specific points in Italian, as long as this does not interrupt the flow of the tour
• There will, however, be some opportunities to enjoy the experience in Italian. During the visit to the dairy, you will be able to speak directly with the cheesemaker in Italian, and during the tasting, the cheeses and other local products will also be introduced and explained to you in Italian
• The Mozzarella Experience does not include hands-on mozzarella making by participants. However, guests are still welcome to interact with the cheesemaker and, where possible, try handling the stretched curd themselves
